Renovated beach cottage boasts beautiful Coastal Living look.Common areas have ceiling fans and include a screened front porch lined with classic rockers as well as a screened eating porch overlooking the private pool. The elegant, well-equipped kitchen will be the hub of family activity.
Two en suite bedrooms with king bed - one up, one down. On the main floor is a second bedroom with two queens and full bath in the hallway. The second floor also has a second bedroom with one queen bed and full bath in the hallway. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Living room sofa sleeps two.
Private pool has built-in bench seating and wraparound sunning deck. An open sundeck on the top floor offers another outdoor living option. One of the finest beaches on the east coast is only a short walk away!

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
